The time of covid 19 lockdown company helps and support more but salary is very low and work is more company pressure is constantly in summer and rainy season but thank u parle Agro to give me opportunity to give me job with us but parle is best brand

Management is not good and company pressure is high, benifit and all is low For growth office post , all company person work in office but actually give to advance benifits for the actual worker in market like growth office.

...,No of fear of loosisig job without any reason ,Provides free medical insurance.Canteen facilities Uniforms,Safety shoes ,Salary on time ,Yearly Increments,Bonus/Gratia etc.Co-operative nature of Management & employees. Necessary care taken by company all type of arrangement such as a mask ,sanitizer transport facility canteen facility full salary paid to all employees during covid-19 lockdown

No proper arrangement of commercial filling. Because each documents very important in future reference and audit point of view. Lack of this spent much more time to find required document. Transport facility not available hence possibility of late mark. Regular work training not available

...ammates are suppotive and the management is tranparent. Company policy are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.....

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adresss our issue. Too much pressure

There is no growth. Not working time. Work is very hard and they don't give like that salary. That's my experience.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 14/18 hours straight in a day as have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I m so disturbed.

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.
