It's a well known brand and the product of Raymond.. quality was too good and the product knowledge they are giving through one Raymond One Button app where you will get all the current season collection information .. easy to learn and write an exam get the morks and rewards from the respective company. Salary & incentive part was excellent.

Dislikes

Due to third party employee we are getting some limited advantage .. if we were direct employee of Raymond then will get more benefits.

We never attending any training . We a re not getting higher appraisal, no career growth, some peoples like his /her work , but we working only for salary. Sorry to say this.

Our store was in growth at last year. But we didn't get any higher appraisal. We get only 600 rupees. I don't know this. It's not a appraisal. It's like a incentive.

Company is good but no process in work means no proper plan for work.

Need to be improved in planning of work so that work can be completed ontime.so last minute planning we will not be able to achieve our target.
