My manager at PAREXEL was a gem of a person and I enjoyed working here. This is a huge organization and there different people with different managerial styles. I was happy with my managers. Had a good work life balance and wonderful learning and understanding of assigned jobs and tasks. Parexel has all the systems set up so you don't need to recreate anything. Just follow them. Has good transport and food facilities which are free. Has flexibility of timings and even wfh was based on my choice. Again depends on the manager. Gives you very good exposure to different clients.

Dislikes

Hikes on salary were very less, specially to our team. There were a few teams who received good hikes. Employee engagement activities are very less. Only a annual day once in a year is the only celebration. Being a huge organization you play a negligible role. Promotions and growth in our team was very rare. Depends on your team again. Facilities and HR policies need to be better for the sake of employee satisfaction.

Company timings and hybrid mode even though the salary is less there is a work life balance in the company especially to my role.

As every company have politics even this company also having that there is so much internal politics.

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.

Get to work on end to end activities, exposure to learn new thing.

Few managers are literally bad at managing people and too biased, they prefer the own favorites for promotion and good compensation. too much politics internally however
