I have served parc technology and research lab for mpre than two years. Company doesnt pay your hard earned salary on dates, hr and manager will torture you to work for 12-15 hours a day, MD of this company is a goon who doesnt know how to speak to his employees. I left this company becuase they have harassed and tortured me mentally, when resigned from my position with PARC technology and research lab and when i asked my 3 months due salary to be paid to me they accused me of asking ransome and demanded a written letter of asking ransome which i never asked, and harassed me like anything till now its a 10th month leaving the company, i saw a horrible live dream, they have collpased my inner will and wishes by threatning me. Even MD of this company threathened to kill me. Believe me this is not a company its a hell to work there.😭

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
