salary structure is poor, there is nothing motivating to work in this organization for a long run. One cannot see a career growth in terms of monetary or non monetary level.Managers will treat you like labourers...avoid joining

...k ,apron not worn,palletts wrongly placed;you can given warning letter for that.Also cherry on top,you are called 1 hour before your shift start and will not get any compensation for it. If you want to work under these type of circumstances 'welcome to paras'.

Lot of work to do and learn, you can learn unlimited things in any profile, no one will stop you.

Dislikes

Unprofessional work culture. The MD used to threaten to deduct salary for small mistakes. Very high politics, too much work pressure and not enough leaves. The hike given is basic like 5-8%. Completely owner driven company.

No sitting office for executive. This is standing job. No desktop for executive. You will have to give plan verbally in shift hand over. No respect of executive. Every week shift schedule changes and you don't know which shift you will get in the next week. No TPM, No 5s, No Oee system. Your job location can also be changed from seasoning manufacturing to packing section, may be to spice production after 1 week. And company way from moga or other place is also a danger to go in the shifts. You will treat like a servant.
