Nothing to like here. The work environment is very stressfull

Fixed shifts. Lot's of work load. Salary cut on late . Delayed salary every Month. HR cuts salary without proper explanations. Salary slips are given 45 days later after salary. No work from home. Work Here only if you're fresher Can't even eat snacks properly when in office always they treat like School when Bell rings all run to their seat.

Likes

They are hire freshers. They provide best foods on occasions. Infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Unnecessary cost cutting. Unmanaged resources over projects. Not providing best service to client after sale software.

Here, to much work pressure but,. That's good because, I learned more work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The on site work process which is give chance to move foreign and work with international project

Salary not provided on time. Abusing to junior employee by senior. Partiality between marathi and other regions employee.

Worst company of all , I'm having terrible experience here they'll treat you like labour worker. And won't give you increment based on your work. They won't explain whole requirement and will expect output from you. If you argue with they about requirement they'll target you and humiliate you , even they won't let you go home , and insist you to work over time and also they won't pay you for OT .overall this company have toxic environment. Don't go for this company else you'll regret on your own decision.
