Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

As i tell about supporting during covid 19....my answer is nothing , just use masks and sanitizer spray at morning. Nothing else. No social distancing, no other precautions...its not only for specific company (paramount impex) but also same in other companies in ludhiana as my friends working in different companies and we often discuss about that matter.thats it. Thanks

Salary is not good and staff behaviour is also not good. The management have only fear that they only have to save their job. Its reality
