Now the company name has been changed to Param Infra Pvt. Ltd. I'll disclose the issues here. First thing is it is not a company, you feel like you are working under greedy contractor. He feels himself like a master by taking 20 cr project. He won't support you at all but he expect you to build a kingdom for him. He scolds you using ma , behen words. He calls labours and foremans to cross check the data. He openly tells that he hires engineers for only to serve the contract terms otherwise he won't need any engineers, He stands at site and execute the work, he drives tippers and JCB. Then you need to think about company.

Dislikes

No ontime salary, specially don't join as a billing Engineer, he kills by pressuring billing Engineers, So no billing Engineers survive here. No time limit for working, all are unprofessionals here. If you want to die earlier you can choose this company. If you want to leave the company don't tell anyone, apply leave take the salary then don't come back. If you want to be professional and resign then forget your salary. No HR team no offer letter, no leaves, forget personal life and family after joining here.

No Likes, It's 3rd grade 3rd Class company, to be honest, I have lost my 1 Lakh amount for serving this company. Because I told that I won't return due to my health issues. So, don't be honest. These people won't value honesty.

Dislikes

No ontime salary, no respect to the employees, Sunday also working from 8:30AM to 10:00PM. Think twice before joining.
