company manger not supporting. company don't support for settlement of distributor's. If we are talk about any support they said look other company.

bad manger, not support from top manager, delay in salary, company don't give settlement. any give suggestion manager told look other company.

Pros 1). Quality of products is good. 2). Other than that there is nothing to like in this company, I feel it's one of the worst company I have worked so far, nothing to say about such poor Management.

...terrible.Upper management will make sure that your life is extremely hectic. 7). Salary is not on time, TA-DA comes after 3 to 4 month's

No body support in lockdown, even they are pressurized for go to the market without providing curfew pass on own risk and own arrangement.

Late Salary, expense after 3-4 months, payment structure not good.

This company policies and work culture as wel as management not proper...There is no job security...appraisals not happening on time.... allowance and incentives not getting on time.
