The Management is the worst in the entire world, the lay off female employees when they need maternity leave giving a reason of PIP, they hold your salary of FnF and do not release it until said time. The HR Team is not at all able to handle anything i.e. TA, Operations, salary is late cause of them, the company has not even paid Vendors who always follow up.

The worst thing is that this company and owner and people are good just theY DON'T HAVE THERE OWN HR TEAM anad rathi is the terrible person he is outsourced HR for the company of 250 people isn't it strange? They give 1 % hike even if you work dedicatedly. Biggest problem is HR only . No health insurance EPF will dedicat from employee side only. They abuse their employees . No hierarchy, anyone call any senior with names no respect.

...thi was particularly problemetic, causing unresolved issues and dissatisfaction. Salary hikes are minimal (Around 1%) regardless of performance, and tehre are no health benefits. Employees are also responsible for their own EPF contributions. Additionally, the work environment can be abusive, with a lack of respect and claer hierarchy among staff. Overall, significant improvement are needed in HR management and employee treatment for a better work experience.

Salary deduction unexplained. Cheap mind set construction team no proper skill regards in developing high-rise building. Higher Management people are short mindset. Don't get join if you are fresher or midiator. First two month goes well after work become suicide process. Badly treat on site, works like majdur. No leave approved.

Every policy changes in favor of company. No growth in 4 years, HR is helpless & unable to do anything for us. Management's always sucks blood of employees. Notice period is very long, someone can't leave company easily. When they don't like someone, he will be asked to leave within 1week. All of hard work goes in vain since there is no performance measurement tool.
