Public holidays are applicable (except 2nd Saturday)... If the plan is completed everyone will get a company ticket to go to the theater to watch the movie... and get a chicken biryani. If the plan of the said month is completed before that, leave can be taken in the later days..If the entire plan is completed, the sales team will get leave as many days as told by the sales manager..Incentives will be given for the demo taken and the payment coming... There is a good HR for support.

...money you bring.You will hear that every payment reflected is just of your luck. If you can't close the your individual plan that percentage will be deducted from your said salary. If you bring that money along with the next month's plan, you will get that money back. If not, this will continue. It might seem like your SM is a psychopath, but there will be many others on the team to help you as well.

...e work environment is too bad. Also there is no any employee benefits like PF. The most painful thing is that you will not get salary for the work you have done. I worked there for two months and because of not paying any salary I have to resign from there. My two months time and effort goes waste and I didn't get any money. Also if they pay salary, you will get it most probably very late. So, have a thorough enquiry, before joining this company.
