Plant incharge supervisor & operator are very helpful and make sense.. kind polite nature rest of upper management sucks they don't the problem just mean to their work ..don't appreciate don't help much

You will get to learn a lot as you are independent and will have to do everything from the basic charging to controlling the process.

Doesn't pay much. Increament are not good. Doesn't value your contribution, full of politics.

Counting is good for experience and gaining knowledge and initiation. Learned a lot.

Dislikes

The pay scale is very low, food and tea facilities are also not good and there is no facility for breakfast, safety facilities are also very low and the gas of the surrounding company is very high. And for that no kind of attention or action is taken from above and especially if the standard is very low.

Bahot poor management he.. BE chemical koto door hi rehna chahiye is group se, increment bhi nahi milta he achha , or post me bhi promotion nhi hota he.., 3 saal ka bond karva te he.. or experience certificate bhi nahi dete he .

Bahot jyada politics he ., jo manager ki ha me ha milata he usika growth hota he.. Varna career barbad kar dete he ye log
