Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

job trap for fresher, HR team do fake promises. They make 4 year bond which is senseless and baseless. They don't give uniform from many years. Managers use to take all credit. No safety is performed. No transparency I request everyone not to join this company.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Not increments, There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign. Management not supportive. Company policy not good.
