I have rated it 3 stars for skill development because all skill development has to be done by the employees themselves. You will be coerced to do work if you are able to do it your skills are developer otherwise, the manager stops replying and kicks you out of the group

...e are hated. If you are concerned about your career this company is not for you. No promotion, less salary and about job security so no respect offer letter. You can be kicked out of the group anytime and when it happens you are removed. The manager Uday Kumar is not interested in your problem he just wants to work for you to be rich. You will start from 10000 rupees and that is too much for them and remember don't expect an increase even after one year. You have to sign an agreement with a 60-day notice period which you will follow but they didn't. Most of the time unpaid interns will be hired and removed without giving them a single penny. Nothing is there in this company to love. And none will help you here you will alone. I warned rest is your choice. When you join some other company they will create a nuisance in background check, effectively binding you.

Nothing , company is micromanaged will soon close - request all existing employees to leave in order save future. Bhawesh ki ma ki chuxt. Itna bekar project manager oh sorry khud se bana hua project manager par to mai thuku na. Mat join karna koi bhi Nov 2023 se mera paisa khaya hai inhone. Canva me bhi kaam karwa dete hai developer se, fracture me bhi kaam karwate hai.
