Only one thing they provide salary on decided date. And it is 10 th of next month

Dislikes

Behavior for staff is not good, and they provide very less salary according to work. No benefits of ESI and PF, they are just providing ESI and PF benefits to very few members but they fill all amount of PF theirself and they will keep PF return theirself. They are showing double salary of every employee in salary sheet but in actual they are providing very less salary. For example if they are giving 9000rs per month to their employee they in ESI AND PF salary sheets they are showing 21300rs per month. They make two salary sheets. I mean they are doing fraud.
