Good sallary for freshers as compared to market. lots of things to learn as a electrical engineer. Help in develope Team spirit. All work carried out with safety. Most important is very good carrear opportunities like EMU to metro, mono rail and international rolling stock jobs

For minor issue you will threaten for job termination. Rather than your performance your behavior (closeness) with boss is important. No family satisfaction as leave not granted even your paid leaves are remaining and rotating shift.

2 weekly off. Average appraisal in every year for all employees. Not based on performance.

Dislikes

There is no supports/helps from management when Co. faces any problem from Govt. dept. or any Client side. Fund management is a big challange into this Company. Govt. rules & Payment terms of clients are always changing. But no solution from Management to face fund crisis.
