Everything, Very bad employee management, No salary hikes, They don't know how to treat ladies, Each and every person working in that company is unhappy. Every employee doing job there for need.

The work environment was incredibly demanding, with employees often expected to put in 12-13 hour days, including weekends, with little to no recognition for their efforts. Despite the constant push to over-deliver, it felt like our contributions went unnoticed. Salaries remained stagnant, with no clear path for career progression. One major issue was how the probation period was handled. Although the offer letter mentioned a 6-month probation period, there was an ambiguous clause about extending it "if required." They could terminate employment immediately, but if an employee wanted to leave, a 3-month notice period was mandatory. Even after 6 months, there was no formal confirmation of probation ending, leaving employees in a perpetual state of uncertainty. I saw numerous cases, including senior staff, being let go without warning or explanation. This fostered an atmosphere of fear, where no one's job ever felt secure, even during the notice period.

The work environment was highly stressful, and we were forced to work 12-13 hours a day, often including Saturdays and some Sundays, without any real appreciation. There was immense mental pressure to constantly do more, yet any effort felt ignored. Salaries remained stagnant, with no room for growth. One of the most concerning issues is how the probation period is handled. The offer letter clearly states that the probation period lasts 6 months but it can be extended "if required." and they have the right to fire you on the spot, yet if you want to leave you have to serve 3-months of notice period. However, even after 6 months, the company never officially communicates whether the probation period has ended. This leaves employees technically on probation indefinitely, which allows the company to fire them on the spot at any time. I've personally witnessed at least 10 employees, including senior developers, being fired on the spot with no explanation. This creates a culture of fear and insecurity and Employees remain in a vulnerable position where they can be terminated instantly at any point, even during the notice period.

Company atmosphere is good for learning. If you are dedicated in developing your skills, then you will have ample of opportunities.(Company provides customized courses as per your interest and roles). * Good number of projects. * Training programs which makes you ready for the Assignments. * Team Building activities (Cricket , Lunch , etc.) * Leadership is open for suggestions and discussions, which makes me really feel part of the team.

I would say the traffic in Hinjewadi phase 2 , Other than that I feel this is the right place for me now.

Paexskin prioritizes work life balance,oranganizing regular fun activities,team outing & fostering a friendly work environment. Workload varies depends on your position, but overall it offers a average workload. Moreover it provides excellent learning opportunities for freshers.
