Fixed timings 8.30 to 6 at site with every 120 min late half day salary will be deducted, seniors not supportive for site staff, owners interference in each and every work related to civil on daily basis

Teammates and management are supportive, Good work culture. Company policy are fair and they give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Career growth is slow. On the job training is given for the 1 - 1.5 month but the pressure given after 15 days to new joiners.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a pasrt of a tean that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get travel broad.

Compensation is decent, buy growth is slow.

Environment of the office is also very too good n all the colleagues r very helping and friendly... Overall I love being the part of PDCL...

I think were we work we shud Neva have negative thoughts for our work place... But still it a private job so there is no job security... So I will look further for more bigger and brighter opportunities for my career...
