...pany is a fraud and cheat. They sent me legal notice for something unbelievable. They never given me salary when I left job and submitted there all assets by courier which is picked up by DTDC already but DTDC or Pacific IT consulting have broke the laptop now they are asking me to pay money for damage which is 5 lakhs. This is really a cheat and fraud organization i left company got last working day email as there was attendance and salary issue the legal notice coming to be that i left the coming without serving notice where in i left coming the company decided my last working day then how come i have an issue with serving notice or not if the company already send last working day email to me. The cheat company is a destroyer and dishonest source in India where in i will request no one to join this organization either by direct payroll or contract to hire. If i go to court and case starts definitely i will make sure they are expose. No such companies do any such behaviour with employees who left jobs. The only reason they are doing this because they are very much aware i was correct and i shouted my voice out for incorrect attendance and salary related talk now they are doing this to take revenge.

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact that part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a results, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

(Compensation is decent, But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night, Managers do not value an individual' unique strengths. which is why i have to take back my squassation most of the times. i do receive appreciation emails from my client, But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

This management never consider our issues. They mention 3 months as training but they only provide for 15-20 days. They never respond for our request after Quitting job.

Dislikes

They give fake commitment while hiring regarding leaves & other facilities once you join ,they will send mail with very poor leave policy for example they committed me 24 leaves annually while hiring after I joined the next day HR has send mail stating 12 leaves annually that to one leave each month & if don't utilize it .The leave will lapses .
