Nothing. There is the setting in the internal department abd if u will go against then then they will fire u they will not think fir a while that ur this job is ur bread n butter but yes to keep u in the company as u r against them u will not be able to work their because they will torture u on a higher level that either u will give resignation or the will fire u.
