Poor management and salary structure is also not good. There will be day shift but every day you have to attend late night client call and also you have work overtime to match the deadlines of financial and also there is no learning in this company So please don't join here.

The official timing of the company was very comfortable if it had been followed.

Company culture was toxic, salary was below average, appraisal after everyday overwork was less than peanuts. Felt a slave back there.

Work life balance is average. I would not say good because the supervisors often ask you to work in the weekends though it is paid.

Salary and promotions is very disappointing. I worked for 2 and half years in the company but both the appraisals were very poor even though I was exceeding expectations in my work. But the percentage hike was really very poor

You get to learn everything here, awesome work life balance, seniors are supportive as well except for 2/3 people, politics is present as well but overall is a good company to work for, and salary is a little less as compared to market standards.

Salary is less as compared to market standards, and strict production timing.

They’ll not fire you other than that there is no good thing about Pacific.

No salary growth, no promotions, extreme level corporate politics, no market correction, in most instances you’ll find it as a one man show, worst HR I’ve ever seen - Handicapped, worst HR support and Policies, management has to learn management first, illiterate and unprofessional people running the business, no work culture, no work ethics, too much of work load and work pressure as well. Think not only twice thrice but thousands of times before joining this ridiculous company.
