1. Weekends (sat and sun) are off so it's a big advantage nowadays as most of the organizations have Saturday as a working day. 2. Opportunity to grow as a professional. (Only if you are willing to work hard and smart otherwise, slacking off and complaining won't get you anywhere) 3. It can be your launch pad into IT industry if you are a fresher or new to the vertical.
