Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Likes

hospital infrastructure is nice. OTs are maintained well and well equipped. Staff is cordial. Cleanliness maintained.

Dislikes

Worst management. Directors are non medical people who act as Tuglaqs. Senior superspecialists one or two are there who spoil everything. If management is changed i see a bright future for Palana.
