No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

...ive language .one of the manger misbehave with female staff. No job security . They don't pay salary for months no insentive. No data and all walkin clients are marked under sharma.no management no discipline. Worst company will never recommend any one. I have left this job couple of months ago still they haven't paid salary for 2 months and insentive for my bookings. They sale 1 flat to 2 different people many flats are disputed.

...ws when does a particular Quarter Starts and Ends in this Oxyzen Prime Realty. In Offer Letter it's clearly mentioned Daily allowances will be paid exclusive of in hand salary. But they don't pay you until you ask for it. If you ask for it then it will be delayed and not paid on time. HR doesn't knows what are the Responsibilities/Liabilities of an HR. She is more concerned about the stationery items such as Diary, Note Pads, Pen and Pencils. Spelling mistakes is a part of her daily syllabus.

Salary is delayed every month because there are no funds on the day of salary. No Growth, because hard earned incentives of the employees are donated to this organisation as Diwali Bonus. Unprofessional behaviour of HR, Accounts Dept and Management. It's a waste of time working for any company who doesn't pay Salary & Incentives to their employees on time.

Lipi ma'am (manager) is very kind nature and very supportive.

Dislikes

Rest colleagues and other staffs are worst in behaviour. salary also don't get on time. incentives is just a mirage. worst company ever. I was last for 3 months there just because of lipi ma'am support.

While I’ve appreciated many aspects of working at Oxyzen Homes, one challenge I've encountered is the limited opportunity for cross-department collaboration. I thrive in environments where teams regularly exchange ideas and work together on projects. At times, the structure here can feel a bit siloed, which can make it harder to innovate or implement broader improvements efficiently. I believe enhancing interdepartmental communication could bring even more value to the company.
