* Timely payment issues: One of the most significant drawbacks during my time was the consistently delayed salary payments. Expect atleast a 2-month delay in receiving your salary. Unfortunately, upon leaving the organization, don't count on receiving your last month's salary or any bonuses, as mine remains pending. * Document Struggles: O2i seems to omit the word "documents" from its covabulary. Obtaining basic documents like offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, or payslips was often an uphill battle. * Work-life balance: With no HR department, O2i struggles to provide a proper work-life balance. While flexible timings are offered, they often translate to working around the clock. * Lack of mentorship: The founder is the sole mentor within the company, leaving emloyess to fend for themselves when seeking guidance or clarification. * Unclear Project Requirements: Many of the projects are proof-of-concepts (POCs), which often lack clear requirements.

Only the internship period was good because of the opportunities.

Dislikes

Full time employment was worst.. No mentor to guide you in the project.. Illogical deadline will be given without even consulting you and you'll be pressurised for the same, even have to work on sundays and weekends and also on holidays. Salary will be late for atleast a month and even after getting, it doesn't make any difference in the bank balance.
