... before the lockdown started they decided not to pay our incentives since March. They paid half of the salary in the month of April even though we worked at home and the company made the revenue of 13lacs but we didn't get paid for it . The company reopened on 1 June but with very few people I am ofcourse not included in that as I live farther from the office which I completely understand . Our whole sales team has been begging them to pay something or give us work from home but company sr manager Ninan Lawrence has not even spoken to his employees during this lockdown . Our HR Mrs Jeeja has been unhuman to be honest and have showed us that they don't care about anyone but themselves . Officially I still work with Owlpriority immigration but there has been no explaining no planning or information regarding our future with them(keeping us hanging).

Dislikes

The change in the environment . Eg: sales team is not allowed to discuss or even speak to our sr managers without permission. Incentive plans going lower even though sales are higher . No respect and value in this company anymore .

...n leave office max by 06.30 even if they have pending work or other commitments. Comes to the benefits part, providing decent benefits and on time salary. Company make a point to celebrate team achievements, helping to build a collaborative atmosphere where everyone's hard work is acknowledged. Once a Owlspriority'an always proud!

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job after my graduation. The pay was pretty good and the facility and other benefits also. The company focused on customers success as well as employee development. There were frequent team outing and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with owls. Few managers who had very good experience in immigration law things were very support to sharpen the skills and knowledge. Also the employees hardwork and efforts will greatly appreciated.

6 days working. Apart from that i dont have any bad experience in Owls.

...or career growth. Management is understanding , and work-life balance is decent. Salary is competitive compared to other firms, and they give timely payments. office space is nice and well-maintained.

There are limited opportunities for remote work. No pickup cab facility.

...lutions. The work-life balance is good with a fixed time 9.30-6, with no shifts. Salary and benefits are also satisfactory.

Dislikes

While appreciated many aspects of working at owlspriority, one challenge i encountered was you cant use your personal phone and laptop inside workbay.
