Getting Job Promotion is very challenging, they not take promotion of there staff very seriously others this company is best they give all facilities as many MNC companies provide

A complete learning experience there is no politics, instead, we have happiness and parties. hybrid working culture which is 2 days from the office a week. best medical and fitness plans, internet, and mobile bill allowances.

Promotions are a bit slow.

Company is good with bad management , its a mess because there is no process followed for most of the things. The work culture ,HR communications is not really up to the mark. Micromanagement and spy on everything, no FreeHand's to work ,come up with our own ideas. Lack of proper training, handholding and information shared locally. Everything is asper the whims and fancies of local management who just misleads the France team by cooking up the stories . They treat employees like school kids, pointing out on everything, no appreciation ,respect and rewards.
