Good abut company is company is good in culture.rahul soni sir always motivate employees with +ve vibes. Company north GM sanjeev mohan always ready for help & teaches very simply ways.

...tive ko krna hai ye managers rsm ko kuch ni bolte na hi kbhi feedback liya jata. Manager jo feedback dega mr ka vo hi sach mana jata h chahe vo khud jitna mrji jhoota ho Employee salary bhi cut krte rehte hai expenses me bhi cut kr dete hai or apko personal life k liye bhi target kiya jaega. Company se resign krne k baad apka sattlement me kuch ni diya jata or ese bohot case dekhe h mene persnally.

Everything ,company is running by 2 old fellow who are fighting each other to be superior, all admin are MC. They will talk to field people as they are slave of them. For more deatil ask from any ex Oversian.

Good Company if you want to pass your years with zero Appreciation, Zero Growth, terrible Compensation benefits. U have to Only reach ur field before 9 and send a WhatsApp in group to satisfy ur Seniors that's ur only role. Lot of Politics is there specially in there Main HQ Ambala where so called President and DGM are based, they only want there skin to be elevated and promoted, rest all employees can go to hell.
