New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I like the fact that they will be so nice in front of multiple people and when it's 1on 1 they are like they own you, and you are a slave in the company .

Dislikes

Policies, HRs, Increments, CEOs, almost everything about the management. They want you to work even on weekends and still no appreciation and just forget about any overtime pay. When the appraisal time comes they just start making excuses, like you did this wrong,you are not capable, and will later say we cannot give you increments because it's company policy.

The work environment is superb and filled with happy vibes. Team mates are really supportive, salaries are always, always on time. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Also, there is on job training process for freshers. The organization motivates everyone to improve and be better.
