Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.

Even if we are sick then also they will call you to work at Osource. No bonus given to employees they will deduct from your salary and then give you the same amount as bonus. If you are fresher then you can come here. But if you are experienced then please don't come for interview as well

Nothing is nothing to like about company. if Zero rating option is available .the i would have given zero rating for this company.

...ar and from directors relatives. they don't have sense of talking to employees. Salary hike is also very bad. work culture is not good. So if any one want to go this company please thought twice before going.

Events celebrations and birthday wish is appreciable Work environment is very good My manager is supportive for leaves and work understandings Team work is highly appreciated Sat sun off it looks great

Salary appreciation should be bit higher overtime travelling not avilable Family mediclaim not giving by company Cafeteria not avilable inside of office.
