You'll get to learn for first 2 months and thats it, after that you are stuck doing the same work again and again. You'll get to learn a lot from one the founder Vikash but upper management in implementation team (Data Analyst team) is rude and unprofessional, hired on basis of "Dosti quota". Company is facing a mass resignation due to following reasons : 1. will make fake promises and wont fulfil them when the time comes, and 2. Director of implementation team who is rude and doesnt have working knowledge of the company and product will give you arbitrary time line for tasks aligned, for eg. a task which will take 4 hrs is expected by him and associate director of implementation team to be done under 1 hr. Join if you okay to work 12 hrs a day excluding meetings which are not included in your "working hours".

Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. Fake promises 3. Will ask you to work on sundays 4. Saturdays are always working and if you dont have any tasks lined by they will create some; by asking you to help others out or by giving test for your "training" 5. Upper management have ego and will hold grudge against you, and will treat you like shit. 6. Please do not fall for any good reviews from last 2 months because they are fake as they are facing mass resignation.

Work culture is highly toxic. If you are looking for a slight work-life balance here, forget it. Officially, they say its 5 day work week, but it is 6 days work week. You would have to work 10-12 hours everyday, then also top management would ask you to complete it faster. They don't care if you are new or dont know the new things. They just want to increase revenue as soon as possible.

Cofounders are driven and hardworking. So they will ensure that the company runs.

Dislikes

You are expected to work 24*7, there is no cutoff from work to personal space. Leaves are less. Average working hours would be 60-65 per week.
