Likes

In this plant there are many chances about learning if we join as a trainee Engineer. Shifting duty also available and leave, weekly off facility.Company provides us guest house and transport service for go to duty as a free service.In guest house canteens also available.All seniors and site manager behaviour is very comfortable.

Dislikes

But but.....the plant is very very dirty with full of dust and scrab materials. If we compare the salary of TRAINEE ENGINEER is very low,that salary can compare with a company's contractor labour.After complete training period the salary increase only 2k-3k maximum.In this expensive time, society it's very bad impact for junior engineers.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
