No professionalism Salary comes very late and at the mid of month. Overtime money does n't get on time, many times HR did not give OT money and salary money as well. Behavior of HR and upper management is not good. Lots of politics in the company Increment is very less. No Cab/Bus facility

Work environment is so poor that you will be frustrated eith 2 month. No cafetaria, no team support. Company policies are good but they will not follow them. No job security, no personal life here.

Handle over all finance n banking related or woek with balance sheet finalizing team , no idea

What Is we desired not possible to accomplish for ex if bank we are handling loan Lc TOD and meeting with bank fellows as like inside secreates maintaing somebody will acquire n day today transactions someone not a master either in bank corresponding or finalization of B/S, how need to be gather knowledge for appraisal or accomplish our goals.
