...ns of working at Orchids are many but I would just highlight the important ones. Though the salary is good as a fresher but it comes with lots of pressure too. It is just a cold calling job where you get no respect you work there as an unsaid slave. The management level at Orchids is the worst, there is no ground level analysis, nobody cares about the root cause of the problem and even if there are too many higher degree graduates but the application is zero. Furthermore there is no growth in orchids for instance if you start at position A you'll end up being there only. In addition, the work environment is not suitable for a peace mind person because it is too much chaos, internal conflicts, jealousy, and you don't have a work- life balance. Pov: don't have a expectations to get an appraisal because you won't get it. To summarise the whole I would say that orchids is good for a person who doesn't have any goal in life to be successful. If you only want to earn money you can go ahead.

Just brand nothing else everything is mess here. Seniors are useless. Performance doesn't matter you have to be Good in buttering. Lots of politics

Job security, salary not on time, pathetic work culture, useless senior and management, HR policies everything. Bad politics

1.Salary was on time. Rest there was no such good thing ,I should mention.

1.No training given to sales people 2.Work is brutal at times. 3.There was no respect for BDA's ,they were treated like animals. 4.No job security at all,when they notice the market is down,they go for massive laid offs.

...nce. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

...n for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. The concern have significantly impacted my well- being and job satisfaction.
