Covid support nothing. No work no pay policy. If symtoms do not come to company.

Company implementing cost reduction process. They are reducing the manpower by termination process. Company not clearing sattelements employees dues ,no increments and promotions. Employees are lazy and work escapeing tendency. Getting the work very difficult It spoiling of carrier.

It's excellent work culture, system, many USFDA and MHRA has been successfully completed, i have learned from the basics of CGMP and regulated market requirement.

Dislikes

Dislike - telugu domination is more. Telugu people asking liquor, mutton , chicken, briyani and dried fruit from the operator to reduce work load and favour shift schedule. Many operators feeling More.

Very good organization where learning was considered more important. Since we were the first set of batches, we maintained the same trend

At the end of my time, I was not paid properly. Sometimes we will be paid 3rd week of the month.
