I rejoined company based on my last experience with Orange. It entirely depends on team which you are joining.

Dislikes

...ake sure you are going to join the worst team in the entire Orange India office. Reasons: micro management, your salary is going to be discuss, politics, no vision as in they dont know which project is going to start or end. I joined EDH India but my experience with the team is pathetic. Who are core Data Engineers, prepare yourself to work in support ingestion requests. They will say we have great tools but reality is framework build by French people and a web based tool is there to support ingestion requests which the India team work on. Also not all teams work on AI/ML projects only specific people or team work on good projects.

Work culture is awesome. You will never find a more stressfree environment anywhere else, atleast that's what I think. All employees are very cooperative.

Dislikes

Hikes are average and below average most of the times. No hike with promotions. So, your base salary will be more probably your last laugh, as far as salary is concerned.

Support to boost to develop personal skill in IT security zone. So far as salary is concern company do not give any chance in respect of crediting the same in account by crediting the same on time. HR and Manager respond positively to cure complaints.

No chance at all.

work life balance is superb, secure company to work with, professionalism and great place to learn things !

They dont pay as per your expectations, salary packages are bit lower than other organisations in same domain.

The main thing is that employee don't feel any pressure during work which is a great positive thing that should be there in any organisation .

Dislikes

Not any dislike but salary hikes are at some low level which needs to be increased.
