Honestly, there is nothing good to talk about this company but one thing I liked about them and I really appreciate their efforts is when they used to organize a training for their employee just to ensure that their IC sits with the complete knowledge of the product.I was satisfied with the training.

Dislikes

...ecurity they have fired their good employees who have done pretty well for them. We were been told that achieving your salary is only possible if you complete your target like really and if we don't they use to transfer only Rs 5000... peanuts, right? They were playing with employees' emotions because they knew that it was a pandemic nobody will go anywhere and used to take a lot of advantage. I have not been given my salary for 5 months like literally 5 months and with that pressure we use to walk all-day long....So if they call you be careful they can anytime change the dynamic first they will hire you as a full time and then suddenly will put your salary on hold.....If something like this you don't want then please stop yourself from joining here.
