One of the worst Working condition, lot of Nepotism , and casteism system here. All VP Venu Goteti Family and Friends are employed , Management does not have capacity to deals with him even after fraud was reported to them. QA Team Management by Prashant Rao who is Worst Management by any standard. He is busy in survival of his job rather in performance. Too much office politics' promoting on there acquaintance from their caste people.

Operative is a product based company in advertising domain. They used all the latest tech stack which best for career. Also it has best leave policy with 2 days working from office. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

The recognition of your efforts will be very rare. Also there is no appraisal on time. Also the job security issue is there.

Amazing office, Amazing people, very good vibes.

They don't value the good and hard working people who worked independently and are very nice. I have seen people getting fired and people were working on contract didn't get the extension.

1) HR's are open to talk earlier, now when they started firing people. HR's are always busy

Dislikes

1) This is a small company having close to 500+ [ total head count in India ] employees, in Bangalore and in Pune. There are hardly bunch of projects. 2) When ever the work is less they start firing. Highly Unstable environment 3) You can get fired on any day. There is no Roadmap, there is no Transparency

Salary appraisal is not good Work life balance has no balance no life, only work!! Travel is almost NIL Work environment is not good. People put pressure on someone who is obedient and take work, and no pressure on people who don't work at all!
