Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...es so the job is mostly secure. Career might not grow as quickly as anticipated.Well salary for entry-level is around 7 LPA and there can be increments when possible.Cab facility is provided in Hyderabad but not in Bangalore, rather shuttle service is provided for metro users.It's a great experience working at Opentext. The work environment is way too pleasant and friendly. Opentext is known for its work-life balance.
