Everything. Management is incapable. Bania company run by owner and his wife. No job security. Hire and fire is frequent.
People will see employee working here for upto 5 -10 years even more. These people are working here because they are not capable of working anywhere else. They won't survive in the it market. They know it and owner knows it. And he is taking advantage of it. I will suggest not to join this company even if it's a last option in the market.
They take those projects which even they don't know wheather they will be able to do it or not.
because they dont have that specialist developer. but this is plus point of those developers who wants to do it and they still not aware of that skills.
