It's a good place to work for those who have no experience. It has a great work culture and the environment of the organization is also great. The staff and faculties are very friendly.

...et worse and you don't have anyone in the organization, it could get a lot ugly. Coming to the salary part. It used to be fund-based organization initially when it was a college but ever since it became a University and some unnecessary expenses were done in the organization, it turned into a student based organization.. Meaning, unless the students don't pay the fees, the faculties and staff won't get the salary in time. Now coming to growth part. The growth in this organization is a joke. You'll be stranded in one department for the rest of your life if you don't get out of it in time. I tried a lot to get out of my department but in the end when I couldn't get out, I had to leave the university. One most important thing, don't change your lifestyle while working in the university or add color to your life. They want you to lead a rather dull and boring life. Here's a tip for men, control your emotions and feelings and for women, keep to yourself..

It's a perfect place for those who don't want do the reasech and Excel their career.

Dislikes

No profession culture.No hierarchy.Everything depends on the HoI.Apart from teaching job ,the faculties are involved in so many works like admission,training for placement ,GATE preparation to students and so many activities.

The excellent faculty team a, pedagogy and the overall quality of the faculty.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, favoritism, back biting, ridiculing achievements, in certain team like career services, that is the worst managed.

It is good place to work... Though the location is a problem. The organisation should be more considerate to provide facilities to employees regarding commute..... vehicles for employees and their families

Take everything in written from OP. JINDAL GROUP. None communication goes verbal they will not consider later and used the same against you.

Dislikes

Miss Commitments from the management don't hesitate asked everything on written and then sign their documents. If they not give you the writing commitments in advance don't sign any single document with OP.JINDAL or Jindal group.
