I had worked as a technical support exective for 21 months. I really loved my colleagues . Because they were very supportive in the work throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

... employee fell sick, they would ask to go home on their own risk at night time. The salary they would provide, was not worth for hard work we did. We were not getting night shift allowances and the food they were providing was not good quality one. They least bothered to resolve many issues rised by the employees. When the chat and email process had moved to USA, we did not get a compensation nor complete salary. The board of director, just played with employees emotions and made good money by not giving to employees. She was very partial to few of the employees and given compensation only to them.

In time salary, hike as per comp norms. support staff, training and learning. less work pressure.

Dislikes

1. As an Oottru employee, I fee, though there is a busy schedule of work, there should be periodic proactive one on one interaction between top management and employees. I hope will be considered. HR partner to each department which makes it easy to interact individually and with group.

...hnologies and amazing new domain in the industry. Great experience and learning. Salary is on time and on first of month. Good travel opportunities.

Overall it’s good company to work with. Management responds to queries and changes are sometimes slow.

Company policies WASTE... because everyone and everything works on TRUST..... LOL One waste company with no benefits.

Oottru Technologies had a contract with circut Pvt lmt.( US base company) They took all the help they could take frm the indian team... As the recession hit they canceled the contract with Oottru technologies.. one useless company Circut is.. there are more better companies the circut

The company is run by three directors who can't face each other eye to eye. Above these Directors there is a VP who plays dirty politics because of whom the company has shut down. This is the only company that runs without a vision, mission and has no goals. Zero job clarity, zero benefits and flexibility and worst of all is job security. You can get terminated from the company for talking to your colleagues or laughing with them. You leave your well paying job, excellent job offers in hand and join this company, only to get fired within three months because the client interview happens only after three months. And if you don't clear the client round, they will terminate you immediately. The HR head in the company requires serious English coaching. Interview process is horrible, there will be nothing less than 8 to 10 rounds. You might clear interviews in big MNC's but fail at oottru.
