...nt good project then you will have fun otherwise maybe you won't like something. As salary and all will depends on projects on which you are working on.

...ager is totally unprofessional. They don’t have the culture to run IT company. One of the examples are they will not provide salary slips, they will not de-activate email account

.... No issues in getting leave. Yearly appraisal is 20% of your current package. Salary credits on last day of the month.

A little bit of politics. But that much politics are everywhere. Lesser projects for mobile dev.yiu have to sit idle for most the time. Also, the mobile projects are not that good.

Poor work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor and they give poor salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Timing is flexible but this is dislike as well because there is no work-life balance because of this.

This had been my first company but the experience here is terrible. Seniors don't come to office and some have weird behaviour they think themselves as superior. There is no work-life balance they want you to be available 24hrs and they never count your efforts and availability.
