...nization, they'll move every mountain to make the last month miseraable for you. They'll even try to hold your salary for an asset which their own employee has taken and will try to hold your salary unless you warn them of legal action.

Nothing, this place is f disgrace. No policy , no standardization of process. Totally ruined place . I would never recommend anyone to work here

Had nothing to learn , internship experience was totally online and the mentors were the least interested to teach unless budged , helped in developing no skills , only useful for the certificate.

There’s nothing to like about this organisation. The hierarchy is so bad, full of politics. You’ll be stuck cleaning their dirty work. No appraisal from the managers, no proper work ethics.

The organization mostly takes referral candidates, supports particular religion, and Non-qualified engineering staff and offers them higher salaries. The ONGC management needs to hire development professionals without referrals seriously and never hire the ONGC retired or existing professionals as they make the environment worse to work. The finance and HR team scrutiny should be done externally. Female staff are disrespected and harassed.
