Full of politics. They cannot fire you like private sector so they torture you so much that you leave the company. Playing with poor hard working candidate.

They attract based on high package but they are the people with no heart and humanity. They all show they have a great life in the organization but everything is khokhala. All government organisations are the same full of politics. Jo senior officers ki chatega woh system me rahega.
