HR management is WORST in the industry. A lot of micro- management done at personal level. Favouritism is often preferred over skills.

√Weak management system. √Bias or unfair treatment, code of ethics is not functioning religiously. √Appraisal grading system cause workers demoralized. √Promotions and appraisal are politics.

There is plenty of opportunity to learn, but too many constraints

Company is very very US centric with US culture, with very unrealistic targets - by means of scope, schedule. Also very poor team work

Team mates are fabulous. I got to learn about many things both personally and professionally. All the employees are really hard working and knowledgeable.

Training is a bit of a lack over here, you have to learn by your own.
