...oom. Loads and loads of pressure on each and every employee. To make it simple. For instance if the company agrees to pay u some 30k, then it means they will make u to work for 1 lack.

I would like and thanks to one Leader in Omega that is PR Sir, he is my role model.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. We don't expect any KT and Training at beginning but results should be perfect.

Likes

No salary cuts or variable pay cuts although things have become unbearably hectic at times.

Dislikes

A huge chunk of the workforce reaches target by unfair incorrect actions putting stress on those few cogs that work right.

Likes

Good Atmosphere and working environment, Cab and canteen, Salary is better and Lots of things to learn.

Dislikes

Work Pressure, extended shifts no bonus, Team are badly managed u are lucky if u have a good team.

Likes

It is only good for freshers who start their career after education to learn the corporate culture.

Dislikes

Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.
