Worst organisation, worst management, no HR policy, no etiquette in office staff, egoistic MD and worst office culture I have seen in my 18 years careers. Accra depart insult it's own people by not allowing any new person only chamcjas and cronies are staffs. Professional approach is zero. Worst organisation to work in.

... culture, divide and rule policy of managementis creating rift within the team. No pay day, no motivation, no respect for workers and a real third class organisation to work for.

I have gathered horrible experience from this organisation... I have 5 years experience but I never saw this kind of behaviour from HR ...there is one lady in HR department who's name is Ms meena...she is a layer... If you will receive any kind of call kindly didn't receive she is give you fake commitment at the time of joining after that.. you can see.. nothing is clear nor your job responsibility neither you designation they hired you for different designation and gave responsibility of other departments...and I am facing issues from Last three months then finally one day I have Regine and they said you don't need to serve notice period and was doing immediately full and final then I said Now it's 2pm and out side is too much hot so I will go to home at around 5pm she said you can't seat in office premises as your full and final is done so go to home you can hire cab... I feel shame on myself

Only buttering by some people who is in HR,accounts departments, no job guarantee, nothing only , mentally depression, work hard pay less, if u ask fir ur rights like salary increment, bonus other perk, so u r fired. Nothing matter who u r, how many years u give for tham, worst
