Few are there who wants to overcome others and want to become a shining start by highlighting their own efforts and covering others efforts. You have to highlight your achievements timely to be noticed otherwise you can loose your job due to non performing attitude if you reply on your seniors for your accountability. You only should keep a record of your sales others will always be there to take the credit.

The most unethical unprofessional group of people, who never ever pay the salaries of there employees. The director rather asks the employees to pay him back for silly reasons. The money only keeps revolving among 3-4 people. Rest just work and leave as soon as they understand. These people just play around, Put nonsense blames and do politics . This company owes me a handsome amount but when I demanded they simply blocked me stating stupid reasons. No employee has stayed in this group for more than 6-8 months. Only those 3-4 people. They have no policies, no protocols, no grounds. They don't even know how to speak to an employee or behave. Note: It is not a company. It's just a whatsapp group.

No job security.. It's purely contractual job. What I liked the most is that once you upload your bank details the salary will be credited. But rest of the many things are not at all good. They didn't respond even they demand every month new subscription. Company police still now I m not able to understand. There don't need good teacher only they need Subscriptions. It was really frustrating😤

Dislikes

I dislike the most about they don't appreciate on the basis of teaching, they only judge by subscription. I was so Frustrated and this discouraged me to teach even. They don't respect and respond to calls and messages
