Strict work hours, no flexible hours. 6 day working. Site at remote location i.e. the city is not completely urban, don't expect luxury lifestyle. But decent if you have family. For working women only pharmaceutical and chemical industry is available nearby. No IT hub.

After 5 years working they are not giving the promotions and average increment 7 to 8 percent Working hours is 10 to 12 hours in QC But there is any overtime facilities. Only union person having nice facilities staff workers having so much load but not give the benifits.

Likes

Olon SPA management and it’s policies are very fair towards their employees. Olon Italy recognises individual performance and rewards them. The Olon India Management is quite worse, literally “ Lala” type. HR dept. is pathetic, treats employees like a Mathadi worker. Needs change in Olon India management to align themselves with Olon Italy Global objectives.
